Frequently asked
How fast can a team get started?
Business plan: 3 business days minimum. Enterprise: 2-4 weeks including requirements review. Same-day setup is possible if SSO is not required.
Are voice and text data stored?
Audio is not stored. Translated text is kept per-user as history. On Enterprise, your in-house data is excluded from any training. See Privacy Policy for details.
What SSO providers are supported?
SAML 2.0 and OIDC. Verified with Okta, Azure AD and Google Workspace.
Which languages are supported?
60 languages including Japanese, Thai, English, Chinese, Vietnamese and other major business languages. Free plan: 20 core languages. Light and above: full 60.
Is an app install required?
No. Latest Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox work — including on mobile.
What about SLA / availability?
Enterprise plan offers SLA 99.9%. Business is best-effort.
What are Free plan limits?
30 minutes / month. Commercial use is allowed, but for sustained business use we recommend Light or above.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes — cancellation is self-service. We do not pro-rate refunds, but service continues until the next renewal.
Do you support invoice billing?
Business plan supports annual invoice billing. Enterprise also supports monthly invoice billing.
Can we use it from overseas offices (Thailand etc.)?
Yes — Cloudflare edge serves all regions with low latency. We have production users in Thailand, Vietnam and across Southeast Asia.
